1839.ii.27 deed: John Young and wife Barbara as sellers, John Young as purchaser - Allegheny Township, Venango County (no replies)

Transcription of an indenture dated 27th February 1839 and entered into between John Young and his wife Barbara as sellers and George Young as purchaser, relating to 194 acres and 62 perches of land in Allegheny Township, Venango County, PA, and recorded on 23rd April 1839 in Deed Book I, pp.68-[69?]


This Indenture made the twenty seventh day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty nine Between John Young and Barbara his wife of the first part and George Young of the second part Both of Paint Township and Venango County and State of Pennsylvania Whereas the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by Patent dated the thirteenth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty eight Enrolled in Patent Book H Vol 39 Page 161 did grant and confirm unto Henry Weeter his heirs and assigns a certain tract of land situate in Beaver and Paint Townships in the County of Venango containing three hundred
